About me

Hello!

My name is Savannah. I am a certified yoga instructor and pranayama teacher. After teaching at health and mindfullness centers around the states I felt a call to come build my own practice here in Columbus, Ohio.

I have fallen in-love with yoga as it is what has taught me how to fall in-love with myself. Each time I step onto the mat I acquire more stillness, inner peace, balance, and a deeper connection within. With a passion for yoga philosophy and natural healing modalities, I feel called to bring these ancient methods to our modern world in a way that is authentic and accepting of wherever you are on your journey. My intention for this practice is to support each other as a community through our personal commitment of showing up for ourselves. All I ask of you is to come exactly as you are and fully embrace whatever that entails.

It is important that I honor and implement the traditional roots of yoga while also equalizing it with how it is practiced here in the west. Yoga is much more than the asanas we do in class. It is a lifestyle that cultivates a harmonious balance within. I offer a variety of yoga flows and practices to meet you where you stand—whether you’re seeking relaxation, strength, flexibility or healing. No matter your experience level, I’m here to guide and support you every step of the way.
